6 medium unpeeled potatoes, baked
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled
3 c. (24 oz.) sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 1 in. cubes. Place half in greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the salt, pepper, bacon, sour cream and cheeses.
Repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. or until cheese is melted. Top with green onions.
