1/4 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1/2 t. soda
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 T. cocoa or 2 sq. chocolate
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, and zucchini. Add flour, soda cocoa and salt. Place in a greased 9x13" pan, sprinkle nuts and chips over batter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Freezes well.

These are not the fudgy-type brownies, they are more like cake. Good though.
