1 Head Romaine
4 oz shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Cup Cashews.
1/4 Cup Craisens
1 Apple sliced
1 Pear sliced
Mix together just before serving

Dressing for salad:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Lemon juice
2 tsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
2/3 Cup oil
1 tbsp poppyseed
Shake to mix well. I never use this entire amount on salad.
