6 boneless, skinless half breast of chicken
Crushed cornflakes
Paul Newman’s Honey Mustard Dressing (Reduced Fat if you like)
Pam or Olive Oil

Directions:
Dredge chicken in Reduced Fat Honey Mustard dressing
(Paul Newman's)

Bread in crushed cornflakes

Heat oven to 400 degrees

Spray foil lined baking sheet w/ Pam

Place chicken on sheet and spray top of chicken w/ Pam as well

Bake approx 20 minutes.
Serve w/ dressing as dip
