1/2 C. pineapple juice
2 T. Sugar
2 to 4 lbs. boneless top sirloin beef steak
1/2 C. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix juice, sugar, soy sauce, and garlic salt together and pour over steak in shallow pan.
2. Marinate steak for 2 to 3 hours at room temp., turning meat over every 30 minutes.
3. Preheat gas grill on high for 15 minutes. Turn to medium-low and let grill cool slightly. Put steaks on grill and cook to desired doneness (15 to 25 minutes), turning steaks every 3 to 4 minutes while cooking.
4. Serves 4 to 8 persons. Total preparation time: 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.
