5 to 6 lb. brisket
1-6 oz. bottle liquid smoke
Celery Salt
Onion Salt
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
Barbecue Sauce (prefer Maul's Original)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour 1/2 bottle of liquid smoke on 1 side of brisket. Add celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt; turn over and repeat.
2. For best results, marinate overnight covered with foil; at least 8 hours. When ready to cook, do not drain juices.
3. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Again, cover with foil and cook 5 hours at 275º.
4 Remove foil and some of liquid, pour contents of a bottle of Maul's Barbecue Sauce (about 6 ounces) over meat.
5. Return to oven and bake 1 hour, uncovered. Cool before slicing.
