Crunchy Pineapple Pie Recipe

1 stick butter, melted
2 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. rolled oats, not instant
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. flour
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pt. sour cream
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
Cool Whip or cream
1 c. toasted coconut

Mix butter, brown sugar, oats, nuts & flour. Press into 9" pie plate and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
For filling, combine pudding, sour cream, & pineapple. Pour into cooled pie shell. Top with Cool Whip or cream. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
