2 lbs ground beef, 1 large can Prego spaghetti sauce, 1 pkg med size flour tortillas, 1 large pkg Monterey jack cheese, 16oz sour cream, Parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Slice tortillas in long strips 1/2 inch wide, 5 -6 strips per tortilla, grate cheese, brown meat and drain fat, add sauce to meat and simmer. Layer in a 9X13 dish 1/3 meat, 1/2 tortilla, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sour cream, than repeat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
