1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. small-curd cottage cheese
4 well beaten eggs

sift together all dry ingredients. then add the rest to dry mixture. stire just till combined. bake on hot greased griddle. then serve
