1- 16 oz. Can Chicken Broth
1- 16 oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
1- 16 oz. Can Tomato Juice
4 Cups Water
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1 Package Frozen Vegetable Gumbo Mix (like Pic-Sweet Brand)
1 Cup Frozen Baby LIma Beans
1/2 lb. Pork or Turkey Sausage, Browned and Drained
1/2 lb. Smoked Sausage (pork or turkey) Browned and Drained
1/2 lb. chicken breast, cut in 1 in. pieces and browned
3 T. Worshire Sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 lb. shrimp- peeled
3 cups of cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté peppers and onion in a small amount of oil.
In a large pot add first four ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add vegetables, lima beans, peppers and onions and bring to boil.
Add next 5 ingredients.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Add shrimp and rice and simmer for 5 minutes before serving
