1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can Manwich
1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing

Directions:
Directions:
Place stove top stuffing in gallon sized ziplock bag. Seal bag and use a rolling pin to crush. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands. Place in two loaf pans and top with ketchup. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.

This recipe also freezes well. Freeze before baking. When ready to cook, thaw in refrigerator 24 hours. Bake as directed.
