3 or 4 bananas
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 c. nuts (chopped)
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. whipping cream
Graham cracker crumbs

Directions:

Cover bottom of 11 X 15 pan with cracker crumbs. Save 1 c. crumbs. Slice bananas and layer over crumbs. Slice ice cream in 1/2 inch slices. Place over bananas. Sprinkle ice cream with nuts. Freeze. Melt chocolate chips and butter, add powdered sugar and evaporated milk, cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Cool and add vanilla, then pour over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Whip cream, add a little sugar and spread over chocolate layer. Top with crumbs. Store in freezer. Will keep for weeks.
