4 c. warm water
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. dry milk
1 c. margarine
1 T. salt
Enough flour for soft dough (About 12 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar and beaten eggs. Stir dry milk into about 6 cups of flour. Add
to first mixture and beat vigorously until smooth. Add salt and soft margarine. Gradually add remaining flour until soft dough is formed. Let dough rise until double. Punch down. Let rise again. Then make into buns. Let buns rise until imprint of your finger remains when touched lightly. Bake in 375 oven for 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned.
