200g Crushed Ginger biscuits

100g melted butter

filling:

1 small tin of condensed milk

juice of 2 Lemons

Rind of one lemon (finely grated)

150ml double cream

2 Chocolate flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Add crushed biscuits to melted butter& stir well.
Press mixture into a lightly greased pie dish.
leave to cool.
Place juice and rind of lemon and the condensed milk into a blender. mix for 15 seconds. pour in double cream and mix together.
put in filling base. decorate with crumbled chocolate flakes.
