2lbs hamburger; browned
2 Cup potatoes diced
3 carrots diced
3/4 Cup celery
1 Cup corn
2 Tbs parsley
1 Bay leaf
1 small garlic clove
1 t worchestershire sauce
6 whole allspice
3 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 Cup rice
Pepper to taste
2 tsp sugar
2 Cup canned tomatoes
2 med onions diced
2 med green pepper dices
1 1/2 quarts water

Directions:
Add all ingredients in large stock pot. Bring to boil until vegetables are tender; reduce heat and simmer.
