2 Tbs Butter
2 Tbs Flour
1 Cup Liquid from cooked carrots
1 Large bag baby carrots
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots until tender
Use 1 cup of liquid from the carrots and add to that the butter and flour. Cook until thick and pour over carrots in a baking dish.

Crumbs: 1/2 Tbs Butter; melted, 1/3 Cup Bread crumbs or cornflakes. Mix together and put on top of carrots.

Bake on 350 for 20 min or until crumbs are brown
