2 sticks butter (Less 2 inches) (Softened)
6 ounces cream cheese (Softened)
2 cups flour

1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 inches butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: mix together, butter, cream cheese and flour with dough paddle of mixer. Form dough into 1" balls.
Spray mini - muffin tins with Pam and use your fingers to form the balls into each muffin cup.
Filling: Mix sugar and butter and egg and Mix. Add Vanilla and nuts.
fill crusts 3/4 full and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
cool for a few minutes and then run knife around rim of muffins to remove from pan.
