1 package Jimmy Dean sage sausage
1 package Jimmy Dean regular sausage
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
6-7 medium russet potatoes, cubed
2 cans (14.5 ounce) sodium chicken broth
2 cans h2o, using chicken broth cans
2 15 oz. cans cannellini beans, drain 1 can
1 bunch kale leaves, deveined & torn or spinach
1 quart whole milk
1 12 oz.can evaporated milk
Red pepper flakes, optional
Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Brown sausage in large stock pot; drain. Add onion and sauté until onion is tender. Add chicken broth, h2o and potatoes, simmer until potatoes are almost done. Add cannellini beans and kale or spinach. Simmer a few minutes. Add whole and evaporated milk and heat though. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Yummy!
