1 large bunch broccoli flowerets chopped
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1 C white raisins
1 C cashew halves
3 green onions chopped

Dressing:
1/4 C vinegar
1/4 C sugar
3/4 C mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all salad ingredients, toss with dressing. If making ahead of time, add cashews just before serving.
