4 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly beat together the 4 eggs. Pour in the 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 cup flour and mix.

Roll into a ball - kneed flour in as you go.
Roll dough out - add flour as you go.
Flip the dough over, add flour until the dough is not sticky.
Roll up and cut the noodle THIN!

Grandma's Potato Soup & Noodles:
Slice potatoes and onions - cook until soft.
Add 2-3 cups of milk.
Add cooked hamburger, drained.
When milk is hot add the egg noodles and cook 10 minutes.
