7 Haas avocados
2 - 14 oz. cans coconut milk
2 - 14 oz. cans veggie broth (use bouillon cubes)
1/4 c. honey
1 tbls. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tbls. chopped garlic
1/2 red pepper, diced very fine
1/2 yellow pepper, diced very fine
1/4 red onion, diced very fine
Habanero sauce to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste
juice of 2 limes
green onion and red hot sauce for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Puree avocados, coconut milk and veggie broth.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Garnish with chopped green onion and red dots of hot sauce.

Should be SWEET & SPICY!
