1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 c butter
1 1/4 lb cream cheese
3/4 c sugar
1 c sour cream
3 tbsp flour
3 eggs
3/4 c key lime juice
1 tsp vanilla
green food color

Directions:
Directions:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 cup melted butter and press into spring form pan. Bake at 375º for 8 minutes.

Let Cool while you mix cheese cake filling.

Mix cream cheese and sugar until blended, add remaining ingredients and mix and pour into crust.
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes and then turn oven down to 250º and bake for 50-55 minutes.

Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices.

I have made this recipe many times. Make sure your key lime juice is not out of date as it will alter the taste.
