4 cups cooked, seasoned chicken (chopped FINE - no chunks!)
1/2 celery rib
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1-1/2 chopped green onion
1/4 c. raisins
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbls. honey
2 tbls. + 2 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken, mix well, then stir in chopped chicken.

Seasoning hints: too bitter - add honey
too sweet - add curry
not enough taste - add both!

The quality of the curry is what makes this great - we use Frontier Curry Powder, available at Whole Foods or other natural foods stores. This was one of the most popular items on our menu - even burger lovers got hooked!
