1 Bag baby spinach 6 eggs, hard boiled 1 lb. bacon 1 bunch green onions 8 oz sliced mushrooms 1 pkg grape tomatoes 1 envelope good seasons Italian dressing vinegar oil
Wash and dry spinach and remove stems. Fry bacon til crisp, reserving bacon grease. Slice eggs and chop green onions. Mix all ingredients together. Make salad dressing according to directions, substituting bacon grease for 1/2 oil.
