1 pound boneless chicken, cut into 1 inch strips1 1/2 c. julienned green peppers1 c. chopped onion2 garlic cloves, minced1 tbs. olive oil15 oz. tomatoe sauce14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes, drained2 tsp. italian seasoning1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 c. cooked noodles

In a large skillet, cook the chicken, green peppers, onion and garlic in oil untiol chicken juices run clear. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomatoes and se
asonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve over noodles.
