2 loaves frozen bread dough
OR
2 packages frozen rolls
2 cups pecan pieces (or whole pecans if preferred)
1/2 Cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1 large box vanilla pudding - NOT INSTANT
2 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon (or more to taste) ground cinnamon
1 Cup brown sugar

Grease 13X9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle pecans over bottom of pan. Cut bread dough (use kitchen shears) in small pieces and drop in pan on top of pecans. Melt margarine and add pudding, milk, cinnamon and brown sugar. Mix well - warm slightly in microwave if desired. Poor sugar mixture over bread dough. Let rise (covered) in warm place for 1-3 hours. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and invert pan on tray.
