1 lb. Ground Beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
garlic
1 pkg frozen corn
1 package taco seasoning OR chile powder, to taste
15 oz can tomato sauce OR home canned salsa if you have it.
salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, brown the ground beef in a heavy pot. Add the onions, green pepper, & garlic. When vegetables are soft, add the corn, seasonings & tomato sauce. Simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.

We usually serve this with fried potatoes, but it is good with rice too.
