Cooked elbow macaroni
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Butter
1 can evaporated milk
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a deep casserole dish.

Layer as follows:
Elbow macaroni, about 1 1/2 " deep
dots of butter
salt & pepper, to taste
cover with slices of cheese

Repeat at least once, or, if desired, twice

Pour the can of evaporated milk over the top

Heat in 350 oven until cheese is melted and golden, approximately 45 minutes.
