3 c. Bisquick
4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 t. rosemary
1/2 t. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl knead all ingredients together. It will be difficult, but it will eventually come together. Roll into small balls, place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Goes well with seet & sour sauce.
