1 cup rice
2 bouillon cubes
1/3 onion, diced
1/3 bell pepper, diced
1 sm. tomato
2 tbls. oil
2 tbls. cumin
garlic
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown rice in oil. Add onion, pepper, tomato. Saute for several minutes. Add spices and water. Simmer very fast for 6-7 minutes. Don't stir after adding water. Turn off heat and allow to steam 15 minutes.
