1 dozen large eggs(use 8-12)
16 oz. pkg of shredded cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 loaf of white bread
11/2 to 2 - 1 lb. pkgs of Jimmy Dean sausage
Salt/pepper
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 x 13 glass pan. Toast bread and cube. (start with half a loaf). Put cubed toasted bread in bottom of glass pan (cover entire bottom of pan). Brown sausage and sprinkle over toasted bread. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sausage. Mix eggs with 2 cups of milk, add salt and pepper, beat thoroughly and pour mixture over other ingredients.

Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, let stand 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
