2-8 oz. cans Pilssbury crescent dinner rolls
1-8 oz. sour cream
1 to 2 T. prepared hoarseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. Chopped green onions
2 C. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 C. chopped, seeded tomatoes
1 C. small broccoli florets
1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Separte dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15x10x1" baking pan. Press over bottom and up 1" sides.
3. Seal perforations and bake 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on rack. Blend sour cream , horseradish, salt, and pepper; spread over crust.
4. Top with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Cut into small pieces. Makes 60 appetizers.
