1 stick margarine
11/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
11/3 c flour
6 tbsp cocoa
1 c hot coffee
1 tsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine, sugar, vanilla, eggs and salt until creamy. Sift flour and cocoa together. Add to creamed mixture. Add coffee and baking soda. Pour into geased and floured 11 x 7 in pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 º.
Chocolate glaze
Melt together 6 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp fat and 3 tbsp butter over low heat: stir in 1 c powdered sugar, 3/4 tsp vanilla and mix well. Add 2 tbsp hot water 1 tbsp at a time until proper spreading consistencey.
