1 pkg. Lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello, boiling water & 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Let partially set in refrigerator. Meanwhile,mix cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add to thickened jello along with drained pineapple, dates and nuts.
Beat the whipped cream until stiff, and fold thoroughly into salad before placing the mixture into a mold. Set until solid.
