Ham bone with some meat
onions
carrots
potatoes
salt and pepper

Dumplings
2 c flour
5 scant tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
milk or water to mix until all sticks together

Directions:
Directions:
Put stew ingredients in cooker and cook until soft

Add dumpling ingredients together and add to stew cooking 20 minutes without lifting the cover
