2 C White Sugar
1/2 C White Corn Syrup
1/2 C Water
2 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 C Walnuts, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sugar, syrup and water until it forms a hard ball when dropped in cold water. Pour boiling syrup over the egg white and beat until stiff. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into pan and let cool. Cut into squares before completely cool.
