1 pound deer meat
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except meat. Place meat in bowl of mixture and marinate for at least 2 hours. Dry in oven.
