1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp cream tarter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 3/4 cup flour

Cheese Topping:
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp fruit juice

1 large can pineapple chunks
2 10 oz pkgs frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 can mandarin oranges
2 bananas sliced and dipped in lemon juice

Pineapple juice
Corn Starch - about 3 tbsp

Crust: Mix all ingredients, divide into 2 parts and spread on 2 round pizza pans. Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

Cheese Topping: Beat and spread on cooled crusts.

Fruit: Put fruit on cheese topping

Glaze: Cook glaze until thick and clear and pour over fruit.
