My Man Cookies Recipe

2 C shortening
2 C white sugar
2 C brown sugar
5 eggs
4 C sifted flour
2 Tbsp. water
2 C chopped nuts
4 C oatmeal
2 C coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt

Cream shortening and sugars. Add beaten eggs, mix in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet about 2" apart. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 12 minutes.
