1 layer thin sliced Potatoes 1 layer of Dry Rice (3/4 C) 1 layer Peas, optional 1 lb Hamburger 1 med Onion, chopped 1 qt Tomatoes or 1 lg can 2 C Tomato Juice 3 slices of Bacon
Brown hamburger and onions. Layer in order in a large casserole dish. Season alternately and pour tomato juice over every layer. Top with bacon and bake at 300º for 2 hours or until done, covering the first half hour.
