1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup pecans
3 cups apples, chopped

Directions:

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
