2 cans Creamed Corn or 1 lb Frozen Corn
4 C Mashed Potatoes, powdered or real
1 1/2 lb Hamburger
1 med Onion
3/4 C Milk
Grated Cheese (optional)
Salt, Pepper, Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Drain juice and pour into casserole dish. Mix corn and milk and spread over hamburger. Spread mashed potatoes over the top and bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
