1 lb Ground Beef
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 1/2 C diced Potatoes
1 env Dried Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 C sliced Carrots
1/2 C sliced Celery
1/4 C Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with aluminum foil with extra to fold over top. Pat ground beef in center into a large patty. On top if that add all raw vegetables in layers. Sprinkle onion soup over all ingredients in the pan. In small bowl, mix until creamy mushroom soup and milk. Pour soup mixture over all vegetables. Loosely fold aluminum foil over top of pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until vegetables are cooked.
