2 cups regular brown rice
2 soup cans milk
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cover a 13 x 9" pan with rice. Mix condensed soup with milk. Pour onto rice. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice. Dot with butter and cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
