8 oz. lite cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz. vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
3/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
Granny Smith apples, sliced and dipped in orange or lemon juice to prevent browning

Blend first 5 ingredients and serve with apple slices.
