One Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust

1/2 C Sugar
3 T Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
6 C thinly sliced and peeled Apples (I use Cortland)

Crumb Topping:
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Flour
1/2 C Rolled Oats
1/4 C Butter, softened

Topping after baking:
1/3 C chopped Pecans
1/4 C Carmal Ice Cream Topping

Place pie crust in pie plate; trim and crimp the edge. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add apple slices and gently toss until they are well coated. Transfer mixture to pie crust.

For crumb topping: Stir together the brown sugar, flour and oats. Using a pastry blender or your fingers, cut in the cutter until topping resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apple mixture and lightly press down. To prevent over-browning while baking, loosely tent the pie with aluminum foil. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes, or until top is golden.

Remove from oven and drizzle top with carmel topping, then sprinkle with pecans. Cool on a wire rack.
