1 lb Ground Beef 1/2 Onion, chopped 12 oz Hashbrowns, thawed 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1/2 C Sour Cream 1 C shredded Cheddar Cheese 5.6 oz French-Fried Onions
Brown ground beef with onions; drain fat. Layer beef in a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with hashbrowns. Mix soup with sour cream; spoon over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30 minutes. Top with French-fried onions and bake for three minutes longer.
