1/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in medium bowl. Stir in flour. Drizzle batter into boiling soup or broth while stirring gently. Batter will cook into noodles in the hot liquid in less than one minute. Makes enough noodles for 6 to 8 servings.
