1) A) 900 grammi di madorle macinarle
OPPURE
B) Ideale sarebbe usare 900 grammi di farina pura di mandorle, cioe’ per resparmiare il gran lovoro richiesto per macinare le mandorel;

2) A) 100 grammi di mandorle amare
OPPURE
B) Aggiungere una bottiglietta di estratto di mandorla Loretta, di 125 ml;

3) 800 grammi di zucchero
4) Aggiungere circa 8 bianchi d’uovo (Non Battuti)

5) In un recipiente, mescolare lo zucchero con la farina di mandorle
6) In altro contenitore, versare I bianchi d’uovo e l’essenza liquido di mandorla (senza batterli)
7) Quindi unire il totto ed impastarlo bene
8) Ora, fare gli amaretti, di forme a propri piacimento
9) Accendere il forno e portarlo a 325˚, infornare gli amaretti e farli cuocere per 15-20 minuti, cioe’ all cottura di proprio gradimento.
