1 10 oz bag of spinach
1/2 pound cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
2 hard boiled eggs
sliced red onion
1 cup Wesson Oil
pinch of salt
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsps. Worchester sauce

Directions:
After washing spinach, place in bowl.
Cook and drain bacon, crumble. Slice white mushrooms and lightly saute in teaspoon of water. Boil eggs while doing this. When mushrooms are done, put on top of spinach, add bacon. Let eggs cool. Make dressing for spinach salad: 1 cup of wesson oil
pinch of salt; 1/3 cup brown sugar;1/8 cup apple cider vinegar; 1 1/2 teaspoon of worchester sauce; onion powder to taste. Mix well. Let dressing set for a bit for flavor. Put undressed salad in refrigerator until ready to serve. Add dressing and the eggs last. Delicious!
